Alright, here is a character sheet along with some background information about the various branches.
I tried to make them overlapping but with a sense of unique character to each of them.
Don't be worried about not knowing too much about the back story of this little universe I've created,
that's the reason why you're going to start off with no recollection of who you were before you were a cyborg.
After you've played for a bit you may choose to have VISCERAL AND MELODRAMATIC flashbacks if you so please,
which may flesh out your character and alter how they view their new existence.

Possible Prior Service Organizations:
UST Military[The UST Self Defense Force] xxx-SDF-xxx-xxx
A fairly new branch already steeped in history and esteemed service, the Self Defense Force is the
first line of protection between those who belong to the United Stars of Terra and the enemies of Earth.
They are often drawn from the local populations of the planets they serve on,
but woe to the general who estimates them as little better than a colonial malitia.
They are well versed in the arts of warfare and survival; on par with Marines in the areas of physical aptitude and marksmanship.
Due to their backwater nature and farmboy/girl attitudes however, they are often not the best choice to send on missions requiring finesse or diplomacy.
[The Terran Marine Corps] xxx-TMC-xxx-xxx
This branch is an amalgamation of the various Marine services of the nation states that survived the Death War.
As such, their proud heritage often warrants them a respect other branches will never enjoy, even from the forces of foreign powers.
Known for their ruthless nature in combat, as well as an unshakeable discipline off the battlefield, Marines are often seen as "gently-carressing nuts, sir". Generally, they are first strike force Commanders of the UST Military will call upon when engaging in conventional ground operations on hostile worlds.
Current Navy policy also mandates that at least one fourth of a Navy ship's crew must consist of Marines.
[The Starwater Navy/The Navy] xxx-SWN-xxx-xxx
Often seen as the backbone of an interstellar military force, it is no surprise that the largest military branch within the UST is The Navy.
What they lack in face to face combat experience is more than made up for by their technical ability and their willingness
to bring the most devastating weapons created by mankind to bear on those that would dare to threaten it.
Besides, if the enemy boards the ship, they've still got a few hundred marines to wade through.
[The UST Army/The People's Army] xxx-UAP-xxx-xxx
Born out of the desperate call to arms upon the realization that the Necrotic Rebirth was created by an alien power,
The People's Army is often denounced by politicians as nothing more than a conscripted waste of tax payer money and nostalgia.
After all, all we need are the Marines, right? But those whose memories serve them better than those in office know that
The People's Army has perhaps been the most influential fighting force in Terran history, valiantly fighting off an axis
of alien powers bent on the destruction of Earth in the early days of Global Unification, almost single-handedly,
with their only allies being the recently formed Armatus Explorer Corps,
a prestigious coalition of NonTerran and Earthborn human mercenaries who adopted the UST as their home.
The People's Army is a force to be reckoned with, and despite their lack of pedigree there is no shortage
of thankful souls and willing recruits to their cause. They are often deployed directly after the Marines in fresh engagements.
[The Areospace Initiative] xxx-ASI-xxx-xxx
Created from the fledgling Space and more well established Air Forces from around the world upon the eve of the Survival War,
their original responsibilities have since been taken over by the Starwater Navy.
But nonetheless they still play a critical role on the modern battlefield,
namely low orbit and atmospheric operations on hostile worlds,
along with la grange point and orbital defensive operations.
They are also the research and development branch of the military, having the most connections between the private and public sectors.
At times it is hard to discern where the military ends and the multistellar corporations begin.
[The Armatus Explorer Corps] xxx-AEC-xxx-xxx
A prestigious group of government sanctioned mercenaries, this "branch", if it can be called such,
holds the highest number of non-terran humans in the entire UST.
A terran human is defined as a human that can trace his or her lineage back to Earth before the time of the Survival War.
They are often deployed to fill gaps in between the lines of other branches, or provide extra security on escort missions.
Given their propensity to work with soldiers of all the other branches,
it is easy for an Armatus Explorer to build up a report with pretty much anyone who wears a uniform.
For further comparison, they are like the "Foreign Legion" of the UST.
