So basically, Sony has a pretty high chance of "winning" this generation. They might still lose based on the Xbox One's exclusives, but I really doubt it.

Yes, that's pretty much it.

In my case I'll likely get a PS4. Depending on the launch price the console will have here. If it's something significantly higher than $399 converted to local currency plus taxes... I'll just wait until the price falls.

I believe the PS4 is 400 in American dollars, and vastly more expensive everywhere else.

THe XBone is even more expensive however. So PS4 should sell more solely on price.
