7.5K exp until I get my Jagdpanther.

Good thing I have the Leopard, Pz. III, and Luchs to farm exp for my Jagdpanzer and Pz. IV.

Pz. 4 is still a great tank surprisingly.

I can't do excrement with my Leopard. I seriously suck with that tank.

Its more or less an arty hunter or chaser tank.  Well that's what I use mine for.  :P

Apparently its supposed to be a stationary spotter tank. Making use of its camo value and hiding in enemy lines viewing the enemy and retreating upon discovery.

As it can't really compete with other scouts that are faster and have better guns.

Well I had the Leopard since it was the fastest scout-light so I  have never changed tactics because it's what worked for me.

Also  Jagdpanther!!!!  So gently-carressing gorram happy right now.

I still need to to get the JadgPanzer IV. :P

Yeah, I love the leopard as a tank, but I despise the role of scouting in such high tier matches, in lower tier i Don't mind as I won't get one shotted by everything and its a little more forgiving, but the I always seem to get tracked, its terrible, I need a new play style for it, think i will try a stealthy approach and see how that works.

No big loss. Too grindy for me. I get bored quick with that sort of thing.

I started playing British tanks when they came out, kinda fun, once you get to tier ten this game loses appeal
...scum.

Well... they are adding the Leopard 1 as a German Medium Tier 10 so there is appeal now.

As in the modern day Leopard? I thought WoT only did WWII-era tanks.

I have my M48, I have a M103, could go for a T110 but it won't offer much more than what I already have, I also have my favorite tank in the game, the IS3
...scum.

And early cold war, the Germans were the only ones without cold war tanks.

Just researched the Jagdpanzer IV. I hear it is quite bad and is not a sniper like other German TDs, especially with it having the same gun every tier six German medium gets. I also read to use it for flanking and being on the move.

I won't have to worry about that yet though as I am gonna head for my first tier 5 heavy, I went for the French BDR G1, cause I just want it so bad, It looks like a toy tank! :D

Well I have my BDR G1. Its a pain in the ass, but I have a gun that can hurt things now, Just need to research the Turret, then Bam, I will have the best gun of all the tier 5 heavies. Freaking going from a tier 5 gun to a tier 7.

Its basically the tiger of its class, more of a sniper than anything.

Just unlocked the Tiger P. gonna save up money and free experience before getting it. That way I can get the new tracks immediately. Looks like it will be some fun once I get its top gun.

Got the Tiger P's Top Gun.

Liking the gun, good pen and reasonable damage. Reload isn't the greatest though. Good thing I have the gun rammer.

Welp since I am the only active person interested in this game, on this site at least, might as well make an update to my progress.

I made it to the next German Heavy tanks in the Maus line. the VK 45.02 A. Its a fun tank, you have to play it right though as it is more a medium hunter than a brawler heavy tank. Its gun pen is sub par compared to same tier heavies, but it makes up for it with speed, being closer to a medium than a heavy. In terms of armor though it can quite easily bounce same tier medium guns when angled, and with top turret. So yeah, its meant to just flank, and try to either overwhelm mediums, or remain a target of least priority so you can flank the slower heavies.

I also have been moving along the Leopard 1 medium line and am  over half way in exp to unlocking the indien panzer. the current tank, the VK 3002 D is fun, and out paces the panther in speed, but doesn't have the panther's amazing long 75mm. You can load either the L/70 75mm or the L/56 8'8cm. One has better pen and lower damage, and vice versa for the other. I prefer the L/70 75mm for is reload speed, and its more reliable pen. While it can't take anything from the front with its pen, its more forgiving hitting the sides. the 88 in my experience bounces more often than not, so I tend to stay away from it, mostly because I hear many that do use it just load Premium rounds to compensate, and thats not worth it to me.

I am looking forward to the Indien and plan on buying the Lowe at some point as well just to have the set of unique round turret German tanks.

I just flat out abandoned my account. Too much grind involved for my tastes.

I find the grind satisfying once you are in an enjoyable tank. Its hard to find usually as most tanks are terrible stock.

Its no more grindy than any other Free-to-play game though.

Yes, quite true. Which is why I almost don't play F2P games.
