Yep. Played it, game play wise its pretty good. The set pieces were very interesting visually, nothing new as far as the shooting, just fighting Reapers. Unlike the previous DLC it actually has dialogue from your squadmates throughout which is a big plus.

Downside is that Bioware hasn't gotten any better at writing plots. It answers some questions but creates plenty more that are rather inexcusable in their obviousness.

Skipping this. Pretty much irrelevant IMO, I just can't be arsed to interest myself in a side story such as this knowing that it ends in a completely uninteresting ending as the one provided, regardless of the Extended Cut being applied or not.

Yeah, Bioware can't save ME3 now. They blew their chance and now it's way too late. On the bright side, they're talking about making spin-offs on the ME universe, and considering how they handled ME3, it can only go up.

Keep calm and move along.

I'm not sure, I heard talk that synthesis would be canon in everything post ME3, and I do not think that BW will make us able to import saves.

The only spin-off that takes place after ME3 that I'm intrested in is a refusal ending where Shepard & co get to make a last stand before the reapers win.

(With maybe a cutscene of Yagh studying Liara's warning)

The set pieces were honestly good. Both the mining facility and the last level were eerie and cool. Fluff wise its far more questionable.
