Well, a huge waterpipe sprang next to my university and one of the large hospitals in the county. The traffic was absolute chaos with ambulances trying to make their way through a large trafic jam.
The lowest floor of the hospital is pretty much under water and the latest news is that 20 patients or so have been evacuted with great haste, hospital is on backup power and surgeries have been stopped.
Meanwhile I'm sitting in the building next door and nothing seems to be going on except that a couple students haven't arrived yet.
Small update: they're evacuating the entire hospital since they can't safely turn the power back on, it was turned off when it became clear the hospital would be flooded.
