Question: Is there a mod that makes the companion limit charisma based like in Fallout 2? Because that would be awesome.
There's a mod for everything! :D

Charisma Based Follower Limits
Hm... the default doesn't work like Fallout 2, but I guess if I tweaked the modifyable version I could make it work like that but EFFORT. Oh well. Now to get a computer...

Lies! There isn't a mod that makes the game run on Fallout 1 and 2's engine! And there isn't a mod that lets me play as John Wayne, complete with original voice acting!

For the people that still care about this game, i recommend this mod:
The Weapon Mod Menu

Changes the menu you get when modding weapons. And allows the player to take a mod off of a weapon.

Interesting. I'll add it to the list.

Thank you mike. It annoyed me that once I attach a mod, I cannot remove it.

Eh... I think it makes sense to not be able to remove most mods (Silencers, the lowered weight mods, actually, everything but scopes seem pretty hard to remove)

Depends on the silencer. Many types of silencers are detachable/removable. On the other hand there are some that are built into the weapon.

Most Suppressors are reverse screw twist or snap on, not many guns have dedicated barrels that are suppressed. (In fact none of the guns in game have dedicated barrel suppressors.)

Word of warning, Powered Power Armor and the current build of Project Nevada do not play nice with one another. In particular, the game kills itself whenever one first arrives at Nellis, some issue relating to Raquel's first appearance and the fact she's wearing the T-57c armor.

I'll look into it, see if I can find the conflict myself.
