Okay so I saw DoW pack for PC for £15 today which had in it DoW and DoW winter assault, DoW Darh Crusade and DoW Chaos risig.Worth it or not for play on a Laptop?
Takes up bugger all space and gfx memory, give it a go.
I was told that by Mass Effect 2 so I am a little apprehensive about it.I will get it when I have money and I am in town again.
trust me, the gfx requirements are no where near ME
Ah, okay. What is gfw by the way?
gfx? Graphics.gfw? Games for Windows
Yeah, GFX.Sorry I wasn't concentrating on what I was typing.I didn't know it's acronym. And by GFX memory being low means it has excrement graphics then, yes?
Not excrement graphics, but rather outdated, still a fun game
Isn't that one and the same?It is to me.
Umm what? Dawn of War is one of the best RTSs in my opinion. Who really cares about graphics anyways?
And I am meh on RTS's in general as they seem to be little battle sims followed by a cinematic.
isn't that what all war related video games are?Anyway, make your own mind up.
Yeah but at least you're a part of it rather than looking over it detached from the action, there's no danger of you being hurt just your army.
DoW was IMHO very pretty game for a RTS back when it was first published, and it is still great fun. AI in Skirmish is pretty stupid, Easy AI being practically brain dead, but the campaign and MP are great fun.
Ah well I will be putting the AI to a higher difficulty then in skirmish.I will not touch the MP.Campaign if it has one that isn't just battles and cutscenes then maybe I'll give it a go.
Campaign in Dark Crusade was pure gold IMHO. One of the best in the history of RTS games. Ever.
Dark Crusade's campaign was great so was Soulstorm's. The campaigns were like playing a older Total War game.
Hmmmm...this thread is dreadfully inactive.
I want to work there.
Games Workshop?
