I love the Elven weaponry rules, it's nearly perfect for my character.
Yeah I had real fun making these rules.

As for everyone else. If you have ideas for rules for the higher end stuff, post them here.

How about this; unique armor can be made via asking a blacksmith to make it for you, but the armor has the same specs as whatever material you used to create it and costs more than regular armor.
"You accept darkness, yet choose to live in the light. So why is it that you loathe us who teeter on the edge of nothing? We, who were turned away by both light and dark - never given a choice?"

I guess, but if you think about it, custom doesn't necessarily mean it would be effective. Armor usually has a uniform design because it looks good.

I don't mind armor having a custom flare, but Asking a blacksmith, "I want you to make Armor with this Material, and i want the armor to look like clothing" No.

In any case since you use ones imagination to play these sorts of games, what the armor looks like in your head is up to you. just don't cross the threshold of Practicality versus looks.

Just pre-emptively popping by to ask: Anyone need adding to the PBP players list?

Yes, but they are exempt to Rules, and need to be explained how you got such a rare weapon. Halberd will count as a two hander and depending on the Head it will count as either Axe or Sword. Katana's are actually still in Skyrim, just rare. They are swords.

The Material of Said Weapons cannot be higher than Dwarven or Elven to start off with.

Hmm, Not related, but it seems some people use Fantasy to fill a psychological need that they reject to use in real life.

Anyways, if Morgan can't make his sheet then we will have to start without him. I am not unreasonable, its just he needs to let me know if he can or can't.

People play pretend. They do things with fantasy that they don't do in real life.

it sounds obvious but its much deeper than that.

Eh. That s just basic psychology. I mean, you can't be a wandering swordsman in real life, but it would be really cool

it is. But its only part of what i meant.

People construct an Ideal version of themselves in these worlds. Their are all kinds of things these characters can represent.

I mean I can psychologically break down why i made my character the way it is if given time.

What I mean, is no matter what you are trying to do to a character, you leave a bit of your subconscious in their creation.

I love this kinda stuff, I am gonna minor in Psychology. :)

I need everyone in the RP to tell me when is the earliest time we can start he Rp. Let me know when you will be ready to begin.

I will be starting school in March, so I will keep the Rp running while attending but it will be slower.
